"E-Health is a total rip-off!"
E-Health is nothing but a complete fraud! I highly recommend you avoid it at all costs. I foolishly paid for my staff's health insurance for the whole year of '22, only to find out it doesn't even meet the federal minimum standards. Now, I'm stuck with extra government fees on top of the health insurance costs. Long story short, I cancelled my policy right after I figured out they were a scam. Do yourself a favor and keep your distance from them!

"E-Health is a complete scam!"
E-Health is an absolute scam! I strongly advise you to steer clear of it. I made the mistake of paying for my employees' health coverage for the entire year of '22, only to discover that it doesn't meet the federal minimum requirements. As a result, I now have to pay additional government surcharges on top of the health coverage expenses. Needless to say, I immediately cancelled my policy as soon as I realized they were a scam. Save yourself the trouble and stay away from them!

"This whole experience was a total disaster."
'ehealth' serves as a kind of go-between. I had a really skilled rep who tried his hardest, but sadly, it turned into a total mess when he signed my brother up with Unitedhealth. Even after spending hours chatting on the phone with him and higher-ups, the situation stayed a nightmare when dealing with Unitedhealth and ehealth. It's strongly advised to reach out to the company directly to steer clear of any mix-ups. Working through ehealth was a real hassle because, like I said before, they’re just a middleman, and it’s honestly not worth the trouble. It’s way better to contact the company you want straight up to dodge any extra stress.

"Avoid eHEALTH at all costs!"
I nearly found myself an uninsured 80-year-old with lung problems in just a day because of eHEALTH. They totally dropped the ball on reaching out to me about my potential insurer needing more info, even after I called three times over 31 days to check my status. Randy Rolf pointed me to a company that doesn’t cover my lung issues and ended up turning down my application. It was only after my third call, a mere 24 hours before Open Enrollment wrapped up, that I learned I had been denied. I’m gonna report them to the State Corporation Commission that licenses them, plus their Corporate Headquarters. If having insurance matters to you, I really suggest steering clear of eHEALTH!

"Thrilled with My New Car Purchase!"
I recently made a choice that I'm really pleased with. After thinking it over and considering the ups and downs, I went ahead and bought a new car. This wasn't an easy choice, as I was aware it would affect my budget quite a bit. But after doing some solid research and taking a few models for a spin, I found the perfect ride that ticked all the boxes for me.

I gotta say, I'm super excited about my new wheels. It has gone above and beyond what I thought it would be. Plus, it was awesome to check out the differences in the Supplemental Care coverages, which really guided me in deciding to switch to a new plan! I used to have Anthem back in Ohio, but sadly, they don’t cover North Carolina where I’m living now. Fingers crossed that my new choice will fit my needs and keep me happy. Thanks a bunch!

"My shopping experience was pretty good."
Overall, I had a good time shopping, but it took a bit to get the info I was after. I got an email filled with technical terms that I didn’t really get, which made it tough to figure out what they wanted from me. It’d be great if they could break things down in simpler language so folks can grasp it easily. Basically, they were asking for a letter detailing why I lost my insurance. The email also mentioned a specific form from the industry that I had never heard of. Still, after chatting a couple of times and calling the help line, everything got sorted out in the end.

"Initial Thoughts"
My insurance guy was super engaging! Mr. Curtis is a real character, just like me. He had me chuckling the whole time we chatted while he diligently looked into various plans to ensure I received the best perks for my unique needs. He was incredibly patient and addressed all my queries. He took the time to break down each benefit of my plan and made sure I got what I was entitled to. I truly enjoyed our conversation... it's kinda surprising to say that about a telemarketer, but hey, it is what it is!
